Our workshops

Our evidence-based workshops help young people understand low mood, anxiety and stress, and provides practical tools to manage these challenges during key transition periods such as exams, leaving school and starting university. Students will learn how thoughts, emotions and behaviours interact, and develop simple strategies to regulate stress, improve emotional awareness and build resilience.
